Basic bookings are complimentary — cruises, all-inclusives, and simple getaways come with no planning fee.
Custom & complex trips have a planning fee to cover the additional research, coordination, and attention they require.
Group travel fees are tailored to the size and complexity of the group, ensuring dedicated support for every traveler.
Our planning fees are transparent, fair, and reflective of the expertise, time, and care we bring to every trip.
They ensure you receive a customized travel experience and that we can dedicate the necessary attention to make it seamless from start to finish.
Ideal for individual travelers, couples, or families who simply need a great getaway booked.
These services are compensated by vendor commission:
- Cruise-only bookings (1–3 cabins)
- All-inclusive resort packages (1–3 rooms)
- Standard flight + hotel bundles (non-customized)
For clients who want a personalized day-by-day travel plan in addition to their booking.
Includes:
- Custom trip outline/Personalized day-by-day itinerary
- Activities, dining, excursions, transportation suggestions
- Booking of accommodations, flights, and select activities
- 2 itinerary revisions
- Final document packet & during travel support
Fee: $75 for U.S. trips / $150+ for International
Perfect for family reunions, girls’ trips, friends' getaways, or small celebrations.
Includes:
- Dedicated trip booking page
- Private Trip Facebook Group
- Custom itinerary + up to 3 rounds of revisions
- Ongoing planning for up to 12 months before travel
- Group coordination and communications
- Up to 3 marketing flyers or graphics
- Vendor communications + payment tracking support
Fee: $125–$250
Best for school groups, clubs, corporate, affinity cruises, retreats, etc.
- Includes:
- Comprehensive itinerary development
- Vendor and group leader communication
- Event planning support (dinners, private tours, etc.)
- Up to 6 custom flyers/graphics
- Monthly check-ins + ongoing support
- Payment schedule reminders for guests
- Full group management (rooming lists, booking portal, payments)
- Optional Zoom info session
- Up to 5 itinerary updates/adjustments
- Basic marketing support (e.g., private Facebook group setup, FOMO content guidance)
Fee: $500+ (Sliding Scale)
For organizations, associations, or high-expectation groups that need full event + travel coordination (e.g., wellness retreats, incentive trips, fundraisers, school trips).
Includes:
- Planning timeline
- Vendor liaison
- Budget management assistance
- Communication strategy
- Custom branding for the group
- Monthly or quarterly consults
